Clients must either cover the costs of travel, food, and accommodation for the photography team or arrange these facilities.
10% of the total amount must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.
80% of the total amount must be paid within one day after the completion of the event.
The remaining 10% of the payment must be completed before the delivery of all final products.
For orders below ₹15,000, pay 10% in advance and the balance amount should be paid within one day after the shoot.
Any additional photos, videos, or other products or services requested beyond the agreed package will incur extra charges.
All raw photos will be delivered within 3-7 day after 80% of the total payment is completed.
Raw videos are not included by default. If required, they can be provided at an additional cost of 13% of the total package. All raw footage will be delivered only after 100% payment is completed.
Albums or photobooks will be delivered within 2-3 months after the client completes the photo selection process.
The final edited video will be delivered within 3-4 months after the client completes the photo selection process.
We will provide edited photos only for the images selected for the album. Any additional photo editing beyond the selected images will be subject to extra charges.
Once the album design is completed, we will share a PDF for your review. We offer up to two rounds of corrections for the album design.
No changes can be made after the album has been printed. Kindly ensure you are fully satisfied with the design before the printing process begins.
All products will be delivered to your address via courier. A courier charge of up to ₹300 per product will be applicable.
Kindly record an unboxing video while opening the courier package. In the absence of this video, any claims regarding missing or damaged items will not be entertained.
We do not offer revisions for video editing. Therefore, if you have a preferred song, it must be shared before we begin the editing process. Additionally, please provide the names of all family members you would like included in the video by typing and sending them via WhatsApp.
All photos and videos are copyrighted by ARTCORNER. Clients may not share them with other photographers to promote their businesses. However, clients are free to share their photos on social media, with family and friends, and for promoting their own business.
We do not have a return or refund policy. In case of cancellation of the project under any circumstances, no amount will be refunded.

Clients may cancel their booking at any time. However, ARTCORNER does not offer any return or refund policy. Payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
All rights to photos, videos, and creative content produced by ARTCORNER are exclusively owned by ARTCORNER. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and will result in legal action.
Artcorner reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
